Discreet Shipping

All orders are discreetly shipped in plain brown boxes. You will receive separate emails with tracking information.

• Standard (3-4 business days)

• Standard International (6-12 business days)

• Oversized Items incur a $150 shipping fee

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, email us at customerservice@risque-moments.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you'll receive a full refund to your payment method. For cancellations after 24 hours, you will receive a full store credit in the form of a gift card, usable both online and in-store.

Shipping Address Change

Once the shipping label has been created, we cannot update the shipping address. If the order was returned to us due to an address error, you can change the shipping address for $7.25. If you wish not do that, the order will be canceled and you will receive a full store credit in the form of a gift card, usable both online and in-store.

In-Store Pickup

If you're in the area, our stores offer in-store pickup to skip the shipping cost and time. Please bring your confirmation email and ID when you come to collect your order.

If your order is not picked up within seven (7) days of when it's ready, the order will be canceled and you will receive a full store credit in the form of a gift card, usable both online and in-store.

Designating an Alternate Pickup Person

You can assign an alternate person to pick up your order by adding that to your Order Notes in your cart. Please provide their name in the Order Notes and forward them the "Ready for Pickup" email or text you received. They will need to provide that message and a valid ID at the time of pickup.
